Child Enrichment Program Volunteer

For nearly 20 years, YWCA Southwestern Illinois has offered a Child Enrichment Program serving school-aged children in the Alton, Roxana, and Wood River Hartford School districts.  Working parents turn to the Child Enrichment program for their before and after-school care needs and for a high quality, affordable Summer Camp.

Child Enrichment volunteers spend their time playing with or tutoring children, but volunteers are also responsible for aiding the staff with day-to-day tasks. Volunteers may be asked to clean tables, floor and garbage cans, pick up toys, attend field trips, prepare art projects, make copies, etc.

Interested in volunteering for the Child Enrichment program? Please fill out the YWCA Southwestern Illinois Volunteer Application and Agreement Form and return it to YWCA Southwestern Illinois.
