YWCA offers large meeting rooms, board rooms, office spaces, dance studios, a gymnasium and a commercial kitchen for rent. We offer rates that are affordable to the community we serve and all proceeds benefit YWCA programs.

Long term rentals are offered at a discount. Reserve event spaces on a regular schedule or claim an exclusive second floor office space.

The Lobby is available for $55 an hour. It holds up to 50 people and features two gorgeous chandeliers, a spacious floor, a coffee and tea stand, a set of board games available for play, and bright natural light from the four large south-facing windows.

The Gymnasium is available for rent at $75 an hour for groups under 100 people. For larger groups of 100 or more, the price is $120 an hour. There is the main Gym floor and a raised stage. The Gym is on the second floor, but accessible without using stairs through the parking lot on George Street. Directly outside, there is a playground which can be used at the same time for no additional cost.

The Levis Room holds up to 40 people. It is available for $55 an hour. One of our most popular selections for its charming look, it is on the first floor, directly adjacent to the commercial kitchen. The Levis Room is our most accessible rental spaces, with handicapped parking just outside and a ramp leading up to the door.

The Commercial Kitchen is on the first floor next to the Levis room. It is available as an add-on for $20 an hour. It has a six-burner gas stove, commercial sinks, a microwave, a Keurig, a coffee maker, and plenty of counterspace to cook for your event.

The Dance Room is on the second floor, and has a staircase leading directly up to the door. It holds up to 30 people in the main room, and there is a small waiting area and bathroom directly connected to the space. The full-length mirror along the walls makes it the perfect place to practice forms in dance, martial arts, and yoga. It is available for $45 an hour.

The Conference Room will comfortably host about a dozen people for your important meeting, crafting session, or birthday party. It is $25 an hour and just down the hall from the 2nd floor kitchen.

The 2nd Floor Kitchen is available for $25 an hour, or as an add-on for only $15 an hour. By itself, it’s a good size for a youth group, scout troop, 4-H group, a tabletop game session, or any gathering of about a dozen friends.

This 2nd floor personal office space is currently available for your exclusive rent. Located in the same hall as the conference room and 2nd floor kitchen, and directly adjacent to the Dance Room exit door, this convenient office comes with a personal heating unit, two electric outlets, connection to YWCA wifi, and a beautiful view of historic Alton architecture and the Mississippi River.
